CityArts announces Spring-Summer Events

May 4 at 5:30pm: It's My City, an exhibit created with Brown University Department of Anthropology (CityArts Gallery)

May 6 at 1pm: Young Artists Only, a documentary by Providence College students, featuring youth from CityArts (Cable Car Cinema)

May 17-18 at 6pm: Aladdin, a musical created with Turnaround Arts, PASA and CityYear (Del Sesto Middle School)

May 17-20: Big Questions, Manton Avenue Project performance featuring projections by CityArts youth. Show times are 7pm on May 17 & 18, 2pm on May 19 & 20. (AS220 Black Box)

May 24 at 6pm: 6x6, artist panel about intergenerational art in partnership in collaboration with the RISD Museum (RISD Museum)

June 9: PVD Fest performances featuring art work and performances from our partner Turnaround Arts schools (Downcity)

May 31 at 5:30pm: Year-End Teachback - bring the family! Students will teach back to you the skills they learned this session (CityArts)

June 14 at 5:30pm: AmeriCorps teaching artist final exhibition featuring student work from throughout the school year in conjunction with the work of our Teaching Artists (CityArts Gallery)

Saturday, June 30, 6 - 10pm: Lucky Draw, a party/fundraiser, featuring live art-making, food, drinks and music. Free admission. Families welcome.

July 28: CityArts Carnival, in collaboration with Highlander Charter School and the city of Providence (CityArts)
